Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy.
Many cultures recognize this energy and its given names –
prana in India, ki in Japan, chi in China, mana in the
Polynesian cultures.

About Reiki Reiki is a gentle therapy that corrects
imbalances in the electromagnetic energy within &
extending from the physical body.Once you have
attuned to Reiki, your body’s energy channels are
opened and you will be able to give Reiki to your
friends, family and even pets.

Our teacher Sue teaches 3 levels of Reiki.
The third level is divided into
3a for Master/Practitioner and
3b for Master/Teacher.

Reiki 1 is a 2 day workshop where you will
learn about the history of Reiki and how it works.
You will learn about the five elements of Reiki,
the human energy system – the hara, the chakras
and the aura, and their relationship to your
emotions. You will learn some simple
meditations and breathing techniques you
can use at home to enhance the energy flow
in your own body.

By the end of the course you will
know how to give yourself a Reiki treatment and how
to give a Reiki treatment to family and friends. You will
learn how to clear a space of unwanted energy and the
use of crystals and essential oils with Reiki.You will
receive 4 attunements – these are the traditional way
that Reiki is transferred from teacher to student.
These attunements are deeply relaxing and can be
profoundly life changing for some.By the end of the
course you will have given and received a full Reiki
treatment. This practical part of the course is a
wonderful experience as you feel the energy in your
hands and receive positive feedback from your partner.

Included in the cost is a comprehensive information
manual and you will receive a certificate.

Reiki 2 and Reiki 3 classes will be timetabled a few
months after the Reiki 1 class to allow you to prepare
by practicing and developing skills you have acquired
in Reiki 1.

CPE Points
Reiki 1 may allow practitioners to be eligible for CPE/ CEU points.
