fun one day laughter workshop.

Rediscover yourself with laughter and start living with an
enhanced sense of natural wellbeing. Yoga Laughter
gives you the chance to RELAX, UNWIND and DE-STRESS .
What is Yoga Laughter ?

Yoga laughter is a combination of simulated laughter
exercises, gentle yoga style breathing exercises and
stretches mixed with lots of playfulness that stimulates
your natural flow of spontaneous laughter.
You don’t need to hear jokes or have a sense of humour
to laugh...You don't need a reason to laugh...You don't
even need to be happy to laugh... Laughter Yoga is a
non-humour based form of laughter accessible to people
of all ages.

In this workshop you will learn how to:
  • Boost your immune system naturally.
  • Reduce stress and anger.
  • Live with more joyfulness.
  • Rediscover the magic of everyday living
  • Discover the glow of a natural laughter facial.
  • Boost your confidence with positive laughter

Meditation for Wellness
Tuesday Evenings 6pm-7pm
starting Tuesday 2nd November 2010

Join me, Debbie McGinlay, for a journey toward inner peace.

I use mediation everyday in my journey toward wellness and
have been teaching meditation and running workshops for the
last 10 years.

My Meditation classes are about teaching people how to
become conscious.

My technique teaches people to become conscious of their
environment and their bodies, helping to reduce Pain and
Blood Pressure.
Within your mind, you will learn how to reduce stress levels,
and change your attitude toward yourself and others.
You will explore your emotions, learning to let go of the
baggage that you hang on to.

Meditation will allow you to connect with your inner
spirit to find peace and stillness.

Look younger and more importantly feel younger as
your body moves toward an inner balance !!!

Cost $ 16.00 per session or $90.00 for a package of 6 sessions.

What to Bring Please bring pillow and make sure to wear
comfortable clothing. Private change areas are available at the
school. If you have one and prefer to lie down while meditating,
please bring a yoga mat or towel.
